The first interview was very professional. Top marks. Then I was asked to do a number of assignments including producing 2 videos and written work. The second interview was disappointing. The Hiring Manager seemed unprepared. It was clear he had not viewed the videos that had taken me hours to produce. From the outset, he showed no interest, started to ask one question, changed his mind half way through, started to ask another question. At one point, he just said something along the lines of - tell whatever you think is intereresting. It seemed like he was either reading other info on his screen or checking the time throughout. 15 minutes in, I just wanted to beg off but I felt that would be unprofessional! I had been very excited about the role at first stage but I felt worn out by the end of the second interview. Frustrating and disappointing overall.
