The interview process has four well defined steps. At each step the interviewer was very professional. I initially failed one of the steps and I have received very good feedback from the interviewer i.e. he recommended me focus areas for improvement. When I came back I was asked many similar questions. Though, make no mistake the questions are quite open ended and the interviewer expects a lot from you. The interview process is really tough and requires a lot of preparation. I prepared for one year after my initial failure. The first step is a generic HR interview. The second step is a written exam on hackerrank. Lots of linux and some programming. The third step is livecoding in front of a senior developer. Lots of distributed systems design questions. A few coding tasks. The fourth step is a take home project. The scope is quite extensive and it required full time effort for two weeks.
