Through a campus interview i got selected in Topsel Toyota. Interviewers are very great. But when i get selected then they ask me about how much salary i except?i tell them to my exceptional but they can't give me that amount.After some negotiation i accept in very low amount of package because first of all I'm a fresher and secondly The Toyota is a very big organisation to start a career.

1st selection of resume...then personal interview...there are many rounds...one to one interview and many to one interviews...psychometric tests...one has to qualify each of the rounds...good interpersonal skills required to qualify...
