Interview
I presented my resume online and sat down with the Director of Sales and Marketing as well as a task force employee who was hired to help with the hiring process as the gemstone company was recently bought by Benchmark Hospitality. We discussed my past employment, my experience in college as well as my wide range of philanthropic work. We discussed what the job would entail and whether or not I would feel comfortable fulfilling those duties.

Interview
The first interview was over the telephone with the HR Director. Then, I had an interview at the resort with the General Manager. Finally, I had a telephone interview with the corporate office in California. Then I never heard from anyone again.
