They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Topgolf in Mar 2013
Interview
TopGolf is all about the experience as such they really want their associates to help create a fun, exciting, and inviting atmosphere. In order find these special people they use a very usual interview process. It takes a few hours and starts with essentially a dance party. There is a DJ and everyone there is dancing to the music. This shows your willingness to participate as well as be apart of the team. Then you are broken into groups to do different tasks like group competitions. All of this is for the managers given the opportunity to see how you work with others, are able to keep a positive attitude through a long period of time, and willingness to participate and have fun.

Question 1
The most difficult part is the X-Factor in which you have to fill 2 minutes of time in talking about yourself and pitching yourself to managers with no other questions being asked.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topgolf (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2023
Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
