Interview
Give unique answers when asked questions, dance, talk to the other interviewees, smile and you'll be fine. Wear casual wear such as jeans and a t-shirt, so nothing fancy. Be prepared to get offered for another position. Probably not the best job for you if you're shy.

What kind of party would you throw and how would you organize/throw the party if there was no budget.
At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
