Not even a real interview you go to your own bay and you get 90 seconds to talk about yourself. Even if you answer correctly or the best possible way if they don't like you one out of seven votes and you won't make it to the next step or after the third person you talk to they send you home.

They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
