Interview
Start off in groups that consist of interactive activities that last a couple of hours. Make sure you are being interactive and noticed. Because everyone running the event is taking mental/written notes about each of you. You will then be picked one by one to be interviewed by 3 different people that ask questions lasting 1 minute each. So make sure you worry about the quality of your answers even if its a short instead of talking too long answering 1 question.

the interview was fun and engaging! Played games to try and get to know everyone a little better and quick as well! The decision came within 2 hours of the interview overall it was a great interview
Highly interactive group setting. Lots of positive energy... When you walk into the hiring event you walk into a dance party, then do some group activities, but all of the associates were super friendly and encouraging even to the people who were nervous. I walked out of the doors feeling encouraged and empowered, and after finishing training, I still feel the same way.
