I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topgolf (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
First you start in a group, act energetic and welcoming they are looking for people who aren't afraid to interact to strangers. After the group session they break you up into groups based on the colors you received at sign in. One group goes to the think tank and the other goes to one-on-one 90 sec interviews/play topgolf. IN the think tank you come up with a make believe topgolf event. Make sure you introduce yourself and sound confident when presenting to the group. During the 90 sec interviews they ask you basic questions and you just answer them like you are having a conversation with a friend and trust me 90 secs go by really fast. Also, you don't have to be good at golf when you are out there playing with the group while you wait for your interview, just act like you are having fun and participate. One more note every associate that you interact with in the interview process is watching you. They all get a vote on if you get hired at the end of the interview process, so understand you are being watched.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topgolf (New Braunfels, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
