Interview
Very unorthodox but fun! They take you around the facility, play golf with you, and get to know you. It was a group interview with team building games and different tests to see your working style.

"What's something that can make you stand out, you have 30 seconds" you can do anything fun or impressive
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
