I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Three hours of what felt like a youth group introduction. Paired off into groups and made to come up with a special event for a special celebrity, come up with signature drinks/meals etc to make the event unique. Usually around groups of 10 and everyone presents to each other then a winner is picked. Other half of the interview for me was a game of kickball, then people got called over in groups of 4 for a 5 minute interview. In the interview I talked to three different "stations", first station asked me about my previous experiences and why I want to work at Top Golf. Second station asked me questions like if you had 10 mil what would you spend it on, what's on your bucket list, give me a scenario when a guest was rude to you and how you handled it.

Question 1
If you had 10 million dollars but only one day to spend it what would you spend it on and why?
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Topgolf (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2023
Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
