Interview
Hands down the most unprofessional interview experience. I applied online, and received a call the very next morning requesting a date to come in and interview to discuss the position and compensation. I asked if I could schedule it later in the week, and the response was a resounding no. After arriving at the specified time, I was greeted with 15 other "applicants" in a 12x15' room. The lady at the desk had me fill out a resume/application for the 2nd time, after they requested an updated resume that very same morning. I met with the CEO/Manager, and after being told the position was a managerial one, he ended up coming out with the fact that it would be door to door sales for TWC. Mid-way through the interview, he got a phone call, and proceeded to answer it while I was in the middle of answering a question. When I asked about compensation, because the initial phone-screening said it would be a main topic, he quickly side stepped the question and said I would find out later. After leaving, I received a call around 3 hours later with information for a second interview, which I politely declined, as the position was falsely advertised to begin with.

Interview
First went to the office for a short basic interview that lasted about 10 minutes. Was called back later that same day for a second interview. Went back the next day for about 45 minutes and they played out the structure of the company and what kind of role I would have.

Interview
The address given to me led me to an office building in which I had to track down a door with a tiny number sign by it. I walked into the room and was greeted by 9 other "applicants" and a receptionist who was maybe 16 years old. She asked me to fill out a packet of information (all of which was provided during the application process) and to wait for my name to be called. People is business-dress we're zipping in and out of the room followed by (what I'm assuming were prospective employees). I could hear them give the same rehearsed speech to each person that followed them into the hallway.
