Initial interview with the Hr personnel
Very brief . Fresh graduate who was very polite but had no clue about technical questions to ask .
I felt they had a candidate already selected and just wanted to check boxes

I am not sure I understand how an Hr person can weed technical candidates when they barely ask you more than 3 questions !
Felt it was a check box candidate situation
