Interview
irst, they looked over my application and CV to check if I matched the basic requirements. Then I got a call for a quick screening interview — just a short chat to see if I was motivated and could communicate well. After that, they gave me a small assessment to test my skills, kind of like a practical exercise to prove I could handle the role. Once I passed that, I sat down with the hiring manager and a couple of people from the team. They asked me about my past experiences, how I deal with challenges, and whether I’d fit into the company’s way of working. Finally, I had one more interview with senior leadership, which was more about personality and cultural fit. When that went well, they made me an offer, we discussed the details, and then I moved into the onboarding process.
