The initial stages of the interview process were structured and moved at a steady pace, with confirmation received to proceed to the final round. However, communication ceased afterward, and despite the absence of a formal rejection or scheduling update, the job posting was eventually taken down—suggesting the role was filled. The full process lasted close to two months. It would have been appreciated to receive formal communication, given the time and effort involved.

Applied online, scheduled a call to talk about the role, met with a few different people on a Zoom Interviews, and scheduled and in person, saw the place I’d work at, and had a follow up.
