Tommy's Express Car Wash interview questions

Interview process went great… background check was an issue. I was issued an offer letter and training itinerary quickly. I had a 20 year old felony that caused them to basically ghost me and drop offer. Almost zero communication, even after my employer of 10 years sent a follow up email to vouch for my character and performance

It was very easy and they ask basic questions. You don’t even have to have any questions planned out. Very great interview process. Would highly recommend working there as well. The managers are very kind but firm during the process.
