Interview
For the first round I was interviewed over a VC. I was given a feedback well in time. The 2nd round of interview was a face to face in toll office and the 3rd round was the HR round over phone. And was given the offer letter on email.
Met with 3 people virtually in a group interview over the telephone as well as video. It felt like a free flowing conversation. I enjoyed meeting the team and the efficient and quick process.

Brief and direct. Do not waste time asking general questions. Specific question on experience and technical skills. Interview with the senior management directly to ensure culture fit to the organisation.
