Interview
The interview is conducted in three stages. In the first stage, I had a conversation with an HR representative and received a take-home test. In the second stage, I engaged with senior developers and completed a live coding test. Finally, the third stage involved a technical discussion with the team lead.
The notification of rejected is noticably slow and unfair both from time expense and salary negotiation. notably massive hiring and firing shouldn't be correlated or even relocation or massive company changes shouldn't disclose during interview.

Interview
The interview process was quite long but structured. Firstly, I did interview with the recruiter. The result was fast. Then I was given take home assignment. After I passed it, I was told to go with technical interview. The recruiter gave me enough information so I could prepare well. Then after passing this interview, we will go with final interview with our future manager. The clue was also clear so I could also prepare for it. The result whether we are accepted or not is not too long.
