I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tintri (Seattle, WA) in May 2017
Interview
As I was a previous customer of Tintri I already knew a couple of the people in the hiring path. I will say this got my name on the list, but not the position. Be prepared to submit your skillset, show your skillset and demonstrate your skillset. I took it upon myself to actively go and meet the people I would be working with to make sure the right fit was there. Then I finally had to build and present a topic of my choice.

Question 1
How did my family feel about the relocation. To me this showed they wanted to not only look after me, but my family.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tintri (London, England) in May 2017
Interview
First interview was with Sr Director SE EMEA. It didn't feel like a traditional awkward interview and was more of a structured chat, which was a breath of fresh air! Talked about my previous experience, technical abilities and then discussed the Tintri product lines.
Second interview was with RSD and RSM. More focused around how I'd fit in with the team and my selling techniques. I did a brief pitch around the HCI market and positioned Tintri as a competitor.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tintri (Melbourne) in May 2015
Interview
Overall, it was not an in depth interview process - quite straight forward.
