1. Recruiter screening call - Basic screening questions, about 30mins, phone.
2. OA: A word doc is shared. Write a technical document based on the requirements document. It was a timed assessment. I think it was 90mins.

Question 1
It was a very open ended question on deciding to build a volunteering assigning and ranking system. The instructions about the system itself were very clear, but how they need to be answered was not very clear. They got back to me saying the solution I provided was too technical.

Interview
I had an interview with the HR team, and after more than a week of waiting, I received a standard rejection email stating that they would not be moving forward with my application. It felt a bit odd, especially considering we had a proper conversation and my CV aligned well with all the listed requirements. To this day, I still don’t know the reason behind their decision.
Online byteboard assessment. There was a desing part and a coding part. The coding part was pretty complex for 70 minutes, it was expected to build and work and be tested. Byteboard.was buggy.
