Timeshare Termination Team interview questions

I had an astoundingly bad interview experience with J.T. Horrible time management and scheduling, rambling, inappropriate bragging, and generally unprofessional behavior. I was asked no specific interview questions. I had an interview scheduled with J.T., which he blew off. It was only after another 3 times of rescheduling the phone call that I was able to get a hold of him (my availability was 100% open). When he picked up the phone, he called me by someone else’s name and audibly burped directly into the phone. He mentioned how multiple employees hired for the same position in August didn’t work out, which I felt was highly unprofessional. I love the concept of this company and was enthusiastic about the position, so I wish I had a chance to talk about why I’m a good fit. I was disqualified from the position because I am not willing to do 2-4 weeks of in-person training (while living with an immunocompromised person) for an otherwise fully remote position. With or without in-person training, I would have declined this position. Overall, I don’t recommend interviewing with this company.
