I had two video call interviews with the Client Strategy director and the HR manager. The first was a typical interview, they told me about the company, their values, etc. and asked questions about my experience, suitability, and schooling. The second was a test of my skills. They assigned me a mini case study with the task to create a sales growth plan for a company of my choice, with a given budget and slide limit. Then, I was to present this to the hiring team. I really liked that the Time & Space team was very communicative about the process, they made sure to inform me of when they would be getting back to me and were very responsive over email.
