I was given excel and aptitude test and then 1:1 interview ...an interviewer asked few question on accounting knowledge to evaluate to suit for applied position, excel formula and business case

Interesting process, interviewers were friendly and open to communicating.
They were quick in making their decisions, and not unnecessary delaying the hiring process.
A few false claims were made in the last round of the interview so as to glorify the job role a little.
