Kind of awkward, but for the most part it was pretty relaxed. You could tell everyone in the shop is passionate about what they do. Passion for this job is a must...be ready to sweep floors, clean toilets, answer phones, make sandwiches, organize pointless things...and then reorganize them when you didn't do it right the first time. Small change compared to what you gain in experience, and culture.
