Tillotts Pharma interview questions

Very long waiting time (few months) before being reached out after multiple follow up Then 1st round interview with HR, friendly discussion, in English and German, few questions to challenge motivation to join a small company coming from a bigger one. Got a rejection mail a few weeks later without any detail or rational. It seems the company prefers to hire fresh graduated focusing on cost rather than experience they could get from more experienced resources (my own feeling only)
