Tillman Infrastructure interview questions

This response was for Tillman Networks, but thought I should also provide here since they fall under the same umbrella. The Interview Process with Tillman Networks was disappointing and off-putting, to say the least. Initial Applicant Forms were sent through Word, so updating personal information was time-consuming and redundant. This was not a big issue, since many companies follow the same process. The main issue I had was with transparency and timing. I was set-up to have a follow-up interview with the company, but was only notified the day before that it would be cancelled. Additional notice would have been appreciated, so applicants would not have to schedule time off and prepare for interviews. And to top it all off, the only response that was received was one of the automated messages they send to applicants notifying them that they were rejected. I understand issues may arise, but please treat your applicants with some respect. This might be a great company to work for, but based on this experience, I would not recommend to any of my colleagues. Do better, Tillman.
