the hiring team didn't even get back to me despite several follow ups asking for a reply. I heard some people got rejection emails if not accepted but I didn't even get that. after 6 months, they told me the role was open again and if I wanted it. by then, I was already employed elsewhere

your experiences and your strengths and weaknesses
It was a 15 minute phone call where we talked about my experience and interest in the team. The interviewer led the conversation. Pretty simple and straight forward. I was unclear what they were looking for.
Very awkward and not friendly interview. It was like talking to a robot and was just writing what I was saying on the computer. Never had an experience like that ever before in my life.
