About the TikTok interview process, as far as I know, there were two rounds: the first round is with the direct line manager, and the second round is with their +1 (their manager).

Question 1
The interviewer asked me about the success rate of cold outreach in business development — what percentage I thought would succeed. His own answer was only 5%, and he made it clear that in his view, the more outreach the better — quantity is always your best friend.
Very short interview, it was by phone. General experiencie and how I usually handle objections. They dont have a budget to relocate, and they also wont help you to find an appartment.

There are 4 rounds in total include (1) CV application, (2) 2 interviews with the team, (3) interview with hrbp.
The process is quite quick once you pass the cv. Interview with team was quite chill & conversational.
