Most of the questions focused on previous recruiting and sourcing experience, so it’s important to be prepared to discuss your past roles in detail. Expect to be asked about your recruiting metrics, such as hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates. Additionally, be ready to share innovative sourcing techniques you have used and explain how you adapt different approaches when recruiting for technical roles versus non-technical positions.
