Interview
I interviewed for Tiktok Turkey's Trust and Safety team lead position. The interview took place with 2 people on camera at the same time. The interview took approximately 45 minutes. The interviewers were laughing, sneering and typing while the other one was asking me questions. It made me feel like they were having a conversation about me in a chat and made me quite uncomfortable.

Question 1
Since you work at Amazon, can you give your example in the STAR method for a time you were managing a performance plan?
A certain law came out in Turkey regarding restriction of content and what you can say on social media platform. I was asked my opinion on this law and it's implications on tiktok.

Interview
Super long interview process with no feedback after the 4th interview.
- Attended 4 rounds of interviews in total.
- Averagely 2 weeks gap in between the interviews. The whole interviewing process took almost 2 months.
- No feedback received but only communication for interview scheduling purpose. Mostly through Whatsapp and followed up by email.
- Not getting any communication from the recruitment team after 4th interview.
