It was along process, 8 interviews and a project. I met with employees not only from the division this job was in but with fellow stakeholders. The entire process lasted around 5 months.

For the purposes of this exercise we'd like you to imagine that TikTok is launching a brand new feature in the app this winter. In no more than 1 page, please outline how you would approach creating a communications support plan around the feature.

Interview
1st round - Screening call with recruiter (about 30 min)
2nd round - hiring manager (about 45 min - 1 hr)
3rd round - Written assignment
Then another 3 rounds of interviews with people from 2 other teams & a director I believe
Took about a month
