The whole process was just an excellent example of a fantastic interview experience. I've read many negative reviews here, but it wasn't my case whatsoever.
To start from the beginning, I saw a job posting on Linkedin and applied right away. One week later, the recruiter contacted me regarding the first screening call. We had the conversation two hours later after my reply back. At the end of the meeting, she scheduled the second step with a business leader for the next day.
Before this scheduled meeting the next day, I received a phone call from the recruiter I spoke to a day earlier. She was checking in if everything works well, and if I'm ready for my interview. It was very lovely, and her supportive words helped me start the call on a positive note. As the meeting began, it was effortless to maintain it since the business leaders were friendly yet highly professional. We had a great conversation regarding my skills, experience and understanding of the position, and I was eager to hear back. My recruiter got back to me very shortly to inform me that I passed another stage and scheduled the next call with HRBR. Before this last meeting, she called again to check how I am doing and if everything is in place - amazing support. The call with HRBR went great as well, it had several behavioural questions, and I also got to know more about the position and the company. I got assured that Tiktok will get back to me not later than in the next two weeks, and I started to wait for the result. I got a bit nervous due to the reviews here, but on the fourth day after my last meeting, I received an offer. Overall, it took three weeks from submitting my CV to accepting the job offer. Overall it was incredible, and one of the best recruitment processes I've ever had, and I would recommend applying to Tiktok even if I hadn't received an offer.
