Pros: -Typical Chinese company with organised and efficient system, especially in terms of booking a time slot. As compared to other western companies, HR gets back to you very fast. -HR very helpful and nice, someone from HQ. Cons: -Interviewer sounded overworked, and monotonous. I felt tired already after exchanging one sentence with the interviewer. -Interviewer seemed like in a rush to finish the interview, the interviewer did a self introduction and spoke so fast that I have no idea what was just said. -Didn’t seem to be interested in having a conversation with candidate. Entire process went like ask a question> answer >ok noted on that *immediately proceeds to next question* I have been to other interviews and the entire process felt like a conversation and exchange of opinions, and I believe that is how a proper interview should be conducted. Might as well use Hirevue if you are going to speak like a robot haha - more efficient and streamlined.

Asked about past projects and did a short case interview as well. In each round, the interviewers asked me similar questions. Went through 6 rounds (including HR screening) in total.
