The interviewer was in an open office. Seeing her colleagues walking back and forth, sometimes stopping to chat was incredibly distracting. Some of the questions she asked (examples below) didn't seem to be relevant to the role. End of the interview, when she didn't volunteer the information, I asked her what the next steps were. Her response was "if you don't hear back from HR within a week, you can just email them" In all, the interviewer was unprofessional
