I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2021
Interview
5 video calls: 1 with recruiter, 1 with pair, 2 with managers-stakeholders, 1 with HRBP. On average 1 call per week, the recruitment team was really diligent, responsive and helpful. Just one thing, it's not clear where you are in the process, the team tells you from the beginning the number of calls or timeframe of the process may vary, so at some point, you feel you don't know where you are. Other than that, a really comfortable and smooth process.

Question 1
Competency-based questions... tell me a time you had to implement a project at a large scale, tell me about a time you had to influence stakeholders, tell me about a time you failed...
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced
Applied -> Phone screen -> Manager Screen
Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.
