The hiring manager is very rude. If she does not like you, you are out. I passed several stages in the interview process, showing I am capable to do the work but when I got to the hiring manager she was very rude and showed she does not like diversity.

Straight forward, but multiple stages with different levels of seniority within the department. The recruitment team keeps you update on the next steps and what is expected in each interview round.
