Brief, High level questions were easy to answer and lacked depth. Better preparation on behalf of the interviewer would have cast a better light on the open role I was interviewed for. Process was generic and seemed a formality rather than well though out strategic attempt to secure top talent.

The major difficulty was pay rate, previous rates of pay for the same position have dropped dramatically by as much as 40%. They quality of work and years of experience are of less importance now, replaced with minimum pay for minimum quality.
