Two step process, one with HR and the other with Creative director/other management positions. The first round of interviews is just to get a feel for who you are, the second round you are asked more detailed questions about your previous experience.

I met about five different people in the office. They all worked in different departments and explained their role in the office and how they got to Tierney. Pretty standard interview, ask you to walk them through your resume.

Spoke with 3 different people for almost two hours. Brief overview of position and the needs of intern. Have a great program project that interns work on. All 3 individuals were helpful in explaining the internship. In a great area of the city.
