It was an hour long interview process where the job was discussed but it was also a way to get introduced and know some of the basics about each other. I met with Caitlin, the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Ted, the Client Orders and Supply Manager. We discussed previous employment duties and how past experiences and knowledge obtained from previous employment would help in the desired position.
After I heard back from them, I was scheduled for a 45 minute interview with the president of the company where we sat down and got to know each other casually.
