Ticket Producer interview questions

I submitted my application, resume and cover letter, and after about 5 days or so they wanted to set up a call. The call was about 5 minutes, in which I was moved onto a zoom interview. Zoom interview was slated for 1:45. I was in the call promptly at 1:30 & waited for the host to start the meeting. After almost ONE WHOLE HOUR of WAITING, I message the contact & ask "has this call been rescheduled...?" in which they replied "Yes, can we reschedule for another day in which you're free?" SO frustrating. I declined a second opportunity (this was after they kept switching the days for this zoom call in this first place) because it told me exactly what I needed to know about the work environment & culture of this company. Extremely unprofessional. I am so sick and tired of these companies disrespecting my time.
