I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thuzio
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn. Used EasyApply and was contacted a few weeks later. Had a quick interview over the phone and then followed up through email. Overall great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thuzio (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
Was contacted by an in-house recruiter about the role. Did a phone screen with them and was recommended for an in-person interview.
In-person I interviewed with 3-4 different people, all at separate times. I had to answer many of the same questions for each of them, which was a little annoying , but each had their own individual questions.
In-person interview was long - about 3 hours, and a couple of the people that interviewed me did not seem to realize they were going to be interviewing someone that day.
Each person seemed to have a very specific skillset in mind, and those skills were not always the same.
I thought the interview went fairly well, but I did not get an offer. They did contact me to let me know.

Question 1
Was asked how I might go about building a theoretical challenging project.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thuzio (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process was long. I had to wait for about 30 minutes until someone met with me and then finally took me to an office and interviewed with 3 people individually. They didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and they're just a startup company trying to be somebody.
