A well organized interview session. There were 5 of them. All of them are paying attention to candidates answers and talk when needed. It serves as the basis for analyzing the interviewee's job-related proficiency, abilities, and technicalities.

Interview
First, I was required to answer a couple of questions through email. There were two rounds of interviews. Both sessions took up around an hour and they focused on getting to know the candidate, explaining what the company does, and detailing the job scope. I feel like I was partly to blame for the long interview because I talked a lot as well haha. They were lovely people.
