Very professional interview schedule. The recruiting team reached me out via phone and let me book the convenient time in their system sent into my email. The recruiting is super responsible and caring. The way they treat candidates are very professional tried to make candidates the most comfortable. As an intern in operation team, there were only 2 interview rounds. But heard that if professional team (BA/Dev/PM) there will be 5-6 rounds. Thoughtworks does not provide internship in professional team because it will require a lot of training and interns will only stay for 6 months. The details of interview process are clearly stated in the email. Very impressive! So that I can prepare myself better. During the interview, I wouldn't call it an interview at all, more like a talk to know one another better. The interviewers made me feel so relaxed as if I were already one of their employees. Very impressive interview experience, the definition of tech company that gives a lot of importance to its people. Although I am an intern, they provide me with a lot of benefits similar to full-time. I went through Thoughtworks's professional training and learn about Thoughtworks' strong culture and company value.
