I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online and was emailed a personality test/cognitive test. Once I passed those I had an interview with a recruiter who unfortunately had English as a second language with a very heavy accent. I'm not sure if she had trouble understanding my responses but the interview went well in my opinion, though she could not pronounce my name properly.
After a few days I received a response saying that they are not moving me forward due to lack of experience. That is funny because the role I interviewed for called for 7+ years of experience and I have over 20, and come from a more senior level role with greater responsibilities than what this role required.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience leading growth in a technical environment.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
I phone screened with 4 different staff members, and did one web interview the day before my on-site interview. Times ranged from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I really enjoyed learning about the company and I can appreciate the screening process but 4 different calls and a video interview were excessive. Not to mention the interview was set mid day so I had to take a whole unpaid day off of work.
The on-site interview itself lasted 5 hours meeting with several people. At one point I had nothing to do in a conference room for 30 minutes before my next interview.

Question 1
Two role play scenarios with actual employees while a HRBP monitors your conversation, approach, and fit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul)
Interview
First you go through a "culture interview" where 2 of their employees just asked me random questions to see how I thought, what I valued, etc. then there was a logics exam where you have to solve several "algorithms" and point out the results you get from variables (if you are not familiar with algorithms, I recommend practicing it - just look on the web for examples of ThoughtWorks test), then English verbal reasoning exams - where you mostly have to mark the correct answer. After passing this, I moved to an interview with the head of local HR and the HR business partner I was going to work with. The interview was very friendly, but I didn't pass and didn't receive much of a feedback why.
