ThoughtWorks is understandably very protective of its culture and therefore has a very thorough interview process. During the process I had six interviews with 11 different individuals. These were conducted in a variety of scenarios - face to face, video and over lunch. The individuals interviewing me were from different levels and disciplines within the organisation. As part of the process I also had to prepare a plan which I had to present and was then discussed during a number of the interviews. This also gave me the opportunity to delve deeper and learn more about the company, its culture and its approach to business. It was hard work as the process was very rigorous and thorough but at the same time it was very informative and enjoyable.
