I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Very interesting and enjoyable interview process. Starts with a recruiter screening followed by a programming assignment. I then had a technical phone interview and then face to face interview.
During F2F interview, there is pair programming, values interview, logic assessment, Wonderlic assessment and a technical interview.
Technical interview is more like a casual conversation about technologies - e.g. what do you think the future of application servers are?
