I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hyderābād) in Jan 2017
Interview
First round was on hands on which was pretty easy. They have 2 statement problem & you need to choose one. I went with Conference management. They mostly look into your approach so don’t worry about code completion & all edge cases
Second round was design discussion which was very productive & interviewer was very good. Based on your design they will, be keep asking question so you need to make sure your design cover all this scenario.
Third interview was focus on depth & breadth of technology you worked. This interview experience literally changed my perception for this company from good to bad. For them it was very difficult to understood how partial class will behave in shared project type. There were instance when I answered one interviewer was agree and another was not. At least they should have equally knowledgeable interviewer.
Went well overall four rounds starting with Hacker rank test, Code pairing, Technical and Cultural alignment interview. Majorly focused on Oops and DSA. Java and Python are added plus, overall good experience with good interviewers
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hyderābād) in Feb 2025
