I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was three tranches for the hiring process. These were:
Telephone call
Homework (you typically have three to four days to do this)
1/2 day of interviews in the office (this is quite exhausting, however, if you have gotten this far you are in a good position.)

Question 1
The usual questions. There was also a short interview on how social justice, it was more about the conversation and outlook on the world. The Wonderlic was intense.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Multiple different rounds. The first was a recruiter call where they told me about the role and asked me about myself. The second was a "homework" assignment. I had 48 hours to complete it. The third round had two different interviews. First was a role-play scenario where they give you one hour to review the case study. You're asked to pretend to be the BA and advise the client from the case study. The second was a culture fit round where they had a bunch of different questions about social change, leadership, etc. You choose "cards" from different categories and then answer them that way.
