The recruiter sends links so that you go through the overall literature about the company. The 1st round was basic. There were some fundamental questions about the core function or skills. The next round is to check whether a candidate is a culture-fit. The interviews are not held on weekends

Very less or rather very basic questions about the core function/skills. Too much of a discussion on social and economic justice aspect. The most irrelevant interview ever attended!
