It was an On site Interview. The CEO conducted the interview. He asked questions on resume. He was looking for somebody with passion for technologies. He asked about technical skills. It was pretty simple and straight forward questions were asked.

First of all, I got the phone to schedule an interview on site. After two day, I went there. The direct interview was conducted by the director. Nothing special, just some basic questions about the experience shown on your resume. He went through my resume and ask some questions about my project about PE and M&A. I am hired on the next day. The hiring process is really fast.
